The Registry of Commercial Property Advisors is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of it's members . The Registry shall not distribute member information to third party vendors for the purpose of solicitation of members.
Membership in the Registry is WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, CREED, FAMILIAL STATUS, NATIONAL ORIGIN, RELIGION OR HANDICAP STATUS.
Registered Commercial Property Advisor is the exclusive member's mark of the Registry of Commercial Property Advisors, Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and subject to protection under federal law. "RCPA" and "Registered Commercial Property Advisor" are for the exclusive use of registry members.

Membership
Membership Requirements:
1. Hold an active real estate and/or law license;
2. Have 5+ years, full-time work experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing;
3. Have completed 5+ transactions in either sales or leasing;
4. Have completed 15+ classroom hours of educational courses in commercial real estate;
5. Submit a factual application;
6. Agree to abide by the rules of membership; and
7. Maintain a current membership account (information and fees)
Member Benefits:
1. Members may use Registered Commercial Property Advisor and RCPA trademarks.
2. Members will be listed on the Registry’s website.
3. Members receive a certificate suitable for framing with the RCPA Designation.
The public may search for members on the Registry website. Each Member's Profile includes contact information along with their Transactional Resume showing the areas of practice in which the member has met minimum requirements and the services offered.
Membership Fees:
1. $150 Application Fee (includes first year and certificate)
2. $125 Annual Renewal Fee
3. Member Profile changes - No Charge
