The Registry of Commercial Property Advisors is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of it's members . The Registry shall not distribute member information to third party vendors for the purpose of solicitation of members.
Membership in the Registry is WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, CREED, FAMILIAL STATUS, NATIONAL ORIGIN, RELIGION OR HANDICAP STATUS.
Registered Commercial Property Advisor is the exclusive member's mark of the Registry of Commercial Property Advisors, Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and subject to protection under federal law. "RCPA" and "Registered Commercial Property Advisor" are for the exclusive use of registry members.

Membership Application
To apply for membership:
1) you must have a current real estate or law license,
3) obtain endorsements of two commercial real estate professionals, and
4) remit the application fee
Options for Applying:
1) Apply and pay online, (endorsers will be contacted by email)
2) Complete the application form online, then print form to be mailed
(endorsers must sign prior to mailing),
3) Download the application to be manually completed and mailed
(endorsers must sign prior to mailing).
Options for Fees:
1) Online via secure/encripted services
2) Mail a check along with your application.
