The Registry of Commercial Property Advisors is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of it's members . The Registry shall not distribute member information to third party vendors for the purpose of solicitation of members.
Membership in the Registry is WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, CREED, FAMILIAL STATUS, NATIONAL ORIGIN, RELIGION OR HANDICAP STATUS.
Registered Commercial Property Advisor is the exclusive member's mark of the Registery of Commercial Property Advisors, Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and subject to protection under federal law. "RCPA" and "Registered Commercial Property Advisor" are for the exclusive use of registry members.

About RCPA
The Registry of Commercial Property Advisors (the "Registry") is a membership organization for experienced commercial real estate professionals. The "Registered Commercial Property Advisor" designation is granted to active members who are dedicated, full-time professionals with at least five years of experience and have completed the required number of commercial sales or leasing transactions and educational classes.
The purpose of the Registry is to distinguish it's members from practitioners who may lack commercial property expertise. In spite of the differences between residential and commercial transactions, most states issue a single real estate license that does not differentiate between residential and commercial. Professional work experience, not academic achievement, is the primary requirement for RCPA membership.
Member Profiles posted on the Registry website promote public awareness of the member's contact information, qualifications, and services offered. Property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants can depend on the proven qualifications of a Registered Commercial Property Advisor.
