MCE CLASS POLICIES

MCE Credit. Students must attend the entire class to receive MCE credit.  All tuition must be funded prior to issuance of MCE credit.  Partial MCE credit may be given for less than full attendance, but subject to TREC rules and formal application; partial MCE credit is not permitted for classes containing legal or ethic credit. MCE credit will be transmitted directly to TREC.

Withdrawal.  If a student withdraws within 48 hours prior to or after classes begin, a tuition credit is given, but tuition will not be refunded.  All tuition refunds are less any prorated amounts for partial MCE credits granted and a $20 cancellation fee.  All tuition credit shall be valid for 90 days and applicable toward any RCPA class for equivalent MCE credit.

Cancellation.   If a class is cancelled by RCPA or the Host due to weather or other unforeseen events, each student will be given their choice of a tuition refund or tuition credit.  The Host shall be refunded any amounts paid by Host for the cancelled class.  Notices of class changes will be provided to the organization hosting the class as soon as possible.  Contact RCPA via the RegistryCPA.org website or by calling 972-921-7577.
