The Registry of Commercial Property Advisors offers on-site MCE classes hosted by local REALTOR® associations and companies. All classes are TREC approved for Texas licensing and presented by experienced, TREC approved instructors, and appropriate for residential and commercial agents.
Courses:

6 hours of TREC legal and ethic updates, plus agency contract essentials.
• Introduction to Real Estate Investments – 8 credit hours; TREC # 8046
Investment principles and practices for agents and investors.

• TREC Ethics Update – 3 credit hours; TREC # 6497
• Commercial Sales and Leasing – 8 credit hours; (pending approval for Fall 2009)
Commercial sales and leasing practices.
• Commercial Listing and Marketing – 8 credit hours; (pending approval for Fall 2009)
Commercial sale and lease listing agreements, and marketing practices.
• Taxes for Real Estate Professionals – 8 credit hours; (pending approval for Fall 2009)
Property tax, capital gains tax, 1031, and estate taxes principles for agents.
